REGISTRATION: When you arrive, please visit the registration desk to pick up your meeting materials, name badge & VASM swag. When you enter the Hilton Lobby, the meeting rooms will be on your right. The registration desk will be open throughout the meeting, so please visit the desk with any questions or concerns.
PARKING: There are several parking options at the Hilton. There is a parking deck, a parking lot adjacent to the hotel, and a gravel parking lot near to hotel for overflow parking.
VENDORS / RAFFLES: Our wonderful exhibitors will be set up in the Prefunction Area. Visit all of the vendors to be entered into a raffle to win a $150 gift card. There will be two lucky winners.

POSTER SESSION: The posters will be displayed on Thursday & Friday in the Prefunction area. They are eligible for CME/CE Credit.
